    Useful Hints

    • The information should be about your company’s projects and it should focus on describing how the product/technology has helped customers run their operations more efficiently. It is suggested that your outline should include the project name, the customer name, the vertical market of application, description and advantages of the products deployed in the project and benefits the project has brought to the customers.
    • The information should introduce the features of the product and details of the project stories. Priority will be given to those that will be launched first in Asia or China.
    • Your company may submit information for more than one project. Please submit the materials (product information and project stories) in both English and Chinese. Submissions in press release format are accepted.
    • A maximum of two high quality (at least 300dpi) photographs of the products/projects must be submitted.
    • The organizer reserves the right to modify the information and photographs provided by exhibitors, as well as the independent right to choose the documents for publication.

Notes

Delivery:

  • Sponsor shall be responsible to arrange own delivery to CNCC exhibition halls and designated locations. All packings and on-site storage will not be provided.

Accessories and Construction:

  • Sponsor needs to prepare laptop for playing flash animation, back-up LED/ LCD screen, all necessary cables and any related accessories.
  • Supporting trusses and frames for video walls are provided and installed by Sponsor.

Technical Support:

  • 2-3 engineers to support the installation and testing.
  • Technician Support Schedule:
    - 7-9 April 2019 (Full Day for installation and testing)
    - 10-12 April 2019 (16:00 ; Stand-by)
    - 12 April 2019 (16:01 to 21:00 ; Move-out).
  • Technician needs to arrange the construction of video wall and frame structure, delivery, packing and on-site storage.
  • Sponsor shall be responsible to insure their sponsored products. Should there be any defects or damages of products; an insurance company has an obligation to pay the costs.
  • Sponsor shall be responsible to provide an accurate electricity order. Should there be any additional charge on electricity re-ordering; Sponsor has to bear the charges. In addition, Sponsor may need to provide the distribution boxes for electricity connection.
