Keynote Speech: Building Next-Generation Meeting Rooms with 4K Video and USB3

As video conferencing continues to evolve with the rise of agentic AI, high quality meeting room peripherals are increasingly important – specifically high-fidelity audio, 4K cameras, video bars, and plug & play interfaces to support BYOD. To reliably enable these peripherals, system designers are placing a greater emphasis on the wired connectivity infrastructure of the modern meeting room.

This speaking session will discuss how two technologies - HDBaseT 3 and HDBaseT USB3 - meet the needs of next-gen video conferencing. It will review various single-box solutions that are hitting the market that incorporate both these connectivity technologies to allow support for both 4K video resolutions and USB3 signal distribution.
