Beijing InfoComm China Expands into Strategic Year-Round Business Platform Ahead of Its 20th

BEIJING, 23 October 2026 — Beijing InfoComm China, Asia-Pacific’s leading event for professional audiovisual (Pro AV) and integrated experience technology, announced its plan to serve as a year-round business platform ahead of its 20th edition on 14-16 April 2027. Built around its flagship Beijing show, the platform adds regional roadshows, monthly livestreams and year-round buyer matching, backed by greater marketing investment and a dedicated programme for returning exhibitors. Together, these build momentum for the 20th edition of Beijing InfoComm China in 2027 and create long-term commercial value with its industry partners.

A new value model: a Pro AV business platform that runs all year

Extending its business services across the full year is InfoComm China’s core response to where the industry is heading. To elevate opportunities for exhibitors to meet the right buyers when projects are being planned, InfoComm China is enhancing resources toward precise matching with high-intent buyers and turning conversations into real business. Through regional roadshows, livestreams and buyer matching that run throughout the year, the show extends its business cycle to meet the ongoing needs of exhibitors and buyers across every season. The result is a connected online and offline industry platform that runs all year and sets a new benchmark for the value a trade show delivers.

Regional focus: roadshows and greater market investment

To strengthen its presence in regional markets, InfoComm China has launched a regional roadshow series in key markets, helping exhibitors reach quality local channel partners and end users. Two stops are confirmed for 2026: Shijiazhuang in October for North China, and Shanghai in November for East China. Both build a base of high-quality buyers for the show in Beijing next April.

The Regional Exchange – Shijiazhuang roadshow took place on 14 October, with leading brands Shure and Creator showcasing on site. The event brought together local system integrators and end users from cultural tourism, venues, advertising and broadcasting, with active business discussions throughout. It helped exhibitors reach core channel partners in North China and uncover regional project opportunities.

InfoComm China Pro AV Connect – Shanghai will take place on 12 November under the theme “Deepening East China · AI-Driven Enterprise Space Intelligence.” More than 200 enterprise purchasing decision-makers from East China are expected to attend. As the final event of 2026, it gives exhibitors an early start on 2027 purchasing across East China’s corporate headquarters hub.

Greater marketing investment for more efficient business matching

InfoComm China 2027 is positioned as “Asia-Pacific Pro AV Integration Show | AI + Pro AV Ecosystem, Showcasing Cutting-Edge Technology — The Professional Business Platform for Integrators.” With a focus on the Asia-Pacific market, the show helps bring leading-edge technology into real-world applications. This edition adds a new section for innovative technology companies, bringing together emerging players, encouraging technical innovation and advancing the AI + Pro AV ecosystem.

To strengthen the business return of InfoComm China 2027, the show organizer has increased marketing investment across the board, building a multi-layered buyer development system that improves matching efficiency and lead conversion for exhibitors. The organizer will deepen its ties with industry consultant panels, major system integrators, leading companies in each vertical market and industry associations. It will maintain a professional buyer database throughout the year, regularly collecting real purchasing needs and organizing business matching between shows. The new ‘Insider Track’ (门道) livestream series brings real-life project insights to the industry every month, keeping the conversation ongoing between shows. Recruitment for the invited buyer programme is also accelerating, with targeted invitations to high-quality buyers who hold purchasing authority, helping turn potential partnerships into real business.

20th-edition exhibitor programme

Over twenty years, many exhibitors have grown alongside InfoComm China and helped drive the growth of China’s Pro AV industry. To thank its long-standing exhibitors, the organizer is launching a dedicated exhibitor programme for the 20th edition of Beijing InfoComm China:

  • Enhanced exhibitor benefits: Reserved stand space and dedicated exposure for returning exhibitors, helping them reach target buyers efficiently and get the most from their participation.
  • Targeted high-level business matching: Precise matching with leading system integrators and end users across China and Asia-Pacific who hold purchasing authority. Drawing on the buyer networks of InfoComm India and InfoComm Asia, the programme opens overseas business channels and helps Chinese brands expand into international markets.

“InfoComm China has always been rooted in China’s Pro AV industry,” said Flora Fang, Project Director, Beijing InfoComm China. “Beyond an annual exhibition, it is a long-term partner that stays with the industry through every cycle and connects it to the resources it needs. This strategic upgrade responds to what the industry needs now. While strengthening our annual flagship show, we are extending our business services across the full year and moving from a single showcase to development across the whole market. We will keep investing to find high-quality buyers, deliver precise business matching, deepen our reach in regional markets and open channels to markets across China and Asia-Pacific. We are grateful for twenty years of trust from our exhibitors and buyers. We will keep listening to the market and working closely with our industry partners to find new opportunities together.”

InfoComm China 2027 will take place from 14 to 16 April 2027 at the China National Convention Center, Beijing, marking its 20th edition. With this milestone as a new starting point, the organizer reaffirms its commitment to keep investing in the China market, listen to the industry, adapt its strategy with a clear view of where the market is heading, and focus its resources on real value for customers. Working with exhibitors, buyers and industry partners, the organiser will continue to build a high-value business platform for China’s Pro AV market, helping the industry seize new opportunities and achieve sustainable growth together.
