Deputy General Manager of Beijing BUDEE Technology Development Co., Ltd., CTO of Beijing NAVIoT IoT Technology Co., Ltd., Senior Assessor for Audio Engineers/Lighting Engineers/O&M Engineers at the China Industrial Cooperation Association.  Dafei holds a double bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology and Materials Science from Tianjin University, as well as a master’s degree in Computer Application Technology from Beihang University. He has authored more than 10 invention patents.

Dafei worked as a Research Fellow and then a Senior Research Fellow at Ricoh Software Research Center Japan from 2007 to 2010, where he engaged in research on full-text retrieval and speech recognition and retrieval. From 2010 to 2015, he served as a Senior Software Engineer at the IBM China Systems and Technology Development Center, being responsible for the underlying R&D of the mainframe operating system z/OS. Since May 2015, he has taken the position of Deputy General Manager at Beijing BUDEE Technology Development Co., Ltd., overseeing the R&D and implementation of NAVIoT-related products.
