Mr Joes Tsoi, General Manager of Nanpeng Group and second-generation heir of this family-owned enterprise, has been deeply engaged in the audio-visual (AV) industry since childhood. Achieving THX certification at the age of 9 and ISF certification at 11, Joes now holds multiple core industry credentials, including HAA, Shure, Q-SYS, and Dante, reflecting a comprehensive technical foundation.​

Since the start of his career, Joes has focused on introducing, researching, and designing forward-looking AV solutions. Committed to delivering scenario-adaptable, scalable, and easy-to-maintain networked AV systems, he also actively promotes technical principles and operation & maintenance best practices. Leveraging his solid professional expertise, Joes has played a key role in the iterative design of AV systems for universities in Hong Kong and Macao. These customized solutions have upgraded teaching and conference facilities, driving the standardization and intelligent development of AV technologies in regional education.
