Ken is the CEO of Shanghai Zhishi Management Consulting Co., Ltd., the Chief Lecturer for the AI direction of China Zhiyan Group's National Training Program, the Chief AI Advisor for the Higher Education Division of iSoftStone Education Technology, an Expert Lecturer at the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, a Member of the Guizhou Big Data Expert Committee, and a Guest Professor at Lingang Industry University. Ken previously served as the Chief Architect of the Intelligent Industry Research Institute at SenseTime, the Chief Architect for Deloitte Oracle CX, the Chief Architect for New-Form IT at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and an Oracle Master Enterprise Architect. Ken focuses on AI strategy and architecture planning, AI+ industry planning and implementation, digital customer experience, and the planning and consulting implementation of new-form ICT architectures driven by AI and big data, with over 20 years of professional experience in Mainland China and the Netherlands. He has successively served world-leading communications and networking equipment and solution providers, as well as world-leading consulting, auditing service firms, and enterprise software companies.
