Rico Sim is the General Manager of PTS Consulting, an independent, multidisciplinary technology consultancy delivering advisory across workplace technology, digital infrastructure, data centres, and acoustics.

Beyond leading the business, he advises clients across APAC on the planning and delivery of technology-enabled workplaces, aligning business needs, user experience, and technical systems to deliver practical and scalable outcomes.

Rico takes a vendor-agnostic, outcome-driven approach, with a strong emphasis on integration across AV, IT, and Workplace systems. He is particularly interested in how emerging technologies, including AI, can be applied meaningfully within real-world environments.
